Update June 1, 2024: With this news, Netflix is welcome to partner with TATANKA, for the customary 20% of equity in exchange for a fully funded venture, as we proposed to Netflix and numerous Netflix staff starting in December 2023. Or Netflix can acquire TATANKA, but our team and vision would have the option to remain in place to assure we achieve our goals. Let's talk about this Win-Win option that TATANKA currently will consider, but time is of the essence to take advantage of this excellent opportunity, or not. We need to know how to proceed by 5 p.m. EST June 7, 2024. Otherwise, another proposal with updated terms will be offered. Either way, Netflix will fund TATANKA, directly or indirectly, since it liked TATANKA's proposals and unique concept (see published multimedia for proof of concept) enough to clearly infringe on them and as documented, subscribed to gather more information since December 15, 2023, after our first pitch to Netflix. We prefer our suggestion here as we would much rather collaborate, as we repeatedly proposed to Netflix, but we will proceed otherwise if necessary, which we assume Netflix would like to avoid.
It is fiscally more sound to have a minority stake rather than potentially none. Part of TATANKA's ethos is collaboration, so let's get to work and help with the overall effort to improve Diversity, Inclusion and Equity on an international scope.
Concrete revenue projections are inherently impossible to accurately project, and modules of the initiative should be negotiated with the investor(s), but below are TATANKA’s industry comparables, estimated operating figures, and more data, all conservative and first-year. The site, the equipment, and other costs will be arranged with the investor(s), but member and staff salaries and benefits are non-negotiable so their focus can be solely on TATANKA, while earning a fair income based on expectations outlined in the proposal, including being featured in a 24/7 Reality production.
TATANKA Financials
TATANKA will be for-profit as goals include self-sustainability, requiring no future investment rounds other than initial Seed funding and operational costs for the first year of development and operation.

Operating Costs

Netflix: Due to circumstances, as you are aware, all staff contracts began January 1, 2024. Salary will be prorated and paid in advance as a signing bonus to all staff at which point the standard one-year contract and project development will commence as negotiated with our leadership team.
An estimated staff of twenty-six (26) to include eighteen (18) orchestra members + eight (8) I.T., security, housekeeping, maintenance x USD $100,000 salary + benefits (According to peoplemanagingpeople.com, the average cost of employee benefits for private industry workers in 2024 is $510.80 per week, or USD $26,561.60 per year, based on a 40-hour work week.)
= $126,561.60 x 26 = USD $3,290.601/year
Each member of the leadership team is additionally entitled to non-transferable equity ,TBD based on final hiring determinations, in TATANKA profits, physical assets, and/or acquisition revenue.
Facility and Physical Assets – TBD solely by the TATANKA leadership team for proper operation of all modules as proposed.

Note: For streaming and security, a digital 4/8K fixed video network will provide for both, and the former can be managed off-site by relevant stakeholders. Understanding the investors will have experience with production, none of that equipment, or lighting, is included in the assets, per their discretion and better judgement.
Any acquisition will be based on the amount of revenue streams as proposed and determined by the leadership team – this is non-negotiable.
In exchange for their share of equity, all investors are responsible for funding all TATANKA operational costs for one year, as proposed, but TATANKA leadership reserves all rights to acquire and expand the business at any time, as noted above.
If investors acquire TATANKA, all remaining internal TATANKA stakeholders and staff will acquire all assets and be provided the option to remain contracted with the project, as determined by the investors, for a period of one year. In this case, subsequent renewal of staff contracts will be negotiated by the investors and the leadership team.
